Mad as Hell in the (Book-)Flesh

Last week I got a few advance copies of Mad as Hell, to gaze upon the book in person. I'm incredibly, overwhelmingly happy with it. The execution of the multiple die cuts is a joy to behold, and the wetness of the inner hardcover is also a glossy sight to behod, a thrilling display of Book!Meat and the resulting roiling demon beneath.
The main run of books will arrive later this month. In the meanwhile, we're working on the GM screen designs and the layout for the 3 PDFS. We're printing these in the UK (zines printing is much easier and quicker than in Europe), and distributing the digitally as soon as we can! First draft of layout for both is done and all text and art is blocked and detailed, we're just in feedback and decoration.
We're targeting fulfilment in the UK and Rest of World by end of Feb, and March for US backers.

Printing Update + Expansion Incoming - Art Art Art Art

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to write an incredibly short update to let you know what has been happening behind the scenes.
At the end of last month we finally sorted approval for the print files for Mad as Hell. It turns out that printing a book with multiple die cuts is a messy and difficult affair that took longer than anticipated. Each book also has to be manually die-cut (this is not something done by a machine), and prepping the files and tools for this is a custom job that actually gets done by a different supplier in a different country that required a second set of approvals for a different part of the file. The things you learn by putting holes in things!
Mad as Hell layout artist Dai is busy working on the solo game and expansion book, and we're aiming to deliver the PDFs to you soon.
Here's some art from those two incoming books, done by Scrap and Mol:
This piece by scrap is delightfully called 'clawsinbrain2'
love getting emails saying 'hey i took scans of my own body and drew on them. I hope that's okay!'
The Hollow Swallower, a many handed beast by Mol made by blowing ink around with straws. It haunts museums and historic sites, influencing the occupants to steal the works of marginalised cultures and claim them for their own.
The Wheezing Thorns, a demon of black smog from factories polluting sub-urban housing. A bleached and horrid mess of smoke.
We're expecting print delivery firmly in the new year now, likely at end of Jan or start of Feb.
